Do you cover my area?+

What are the one-time charges?+
Internet cable: PKR 300 connection charge. Fiber to the home: PKR 8,500 installation, which covers the fiber drop and the equipment. Both are confirmed on the call before any work starts.
How long does installation take?+
Usually two to three working days from the time we confirm your address. We call before the technician sets out.
What happens if I pay late?+
You get a WhatsApp reminder before the due date and again after. Service is suspended, not cancelled, so reconnecting is immediate once payment clears.
Can I change my package later?+
Yes, from the start of any billing month. Message us on WhatsApp and the new rate applies from the next bill. Moving from cable to fiber does mean paying the fiber installation charge.
